Planning & Zoning Commission
The Planning and Zoning Commission is a five member board that considers re zoning, preliminary and final plats, site plans, comprehensive plans, land use maps and certain ordinance changes. The Commission is appointed by the City Council, and reviews applications in accordance with approved regulations pertaining to all zoning districts within the City of Palo.
The Planning and Zoning Commission meets, as necessary, Regular scheduled meetings are on the third Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. in the Palo Library at 2800 Hollenbeck Road.
