Did you know that Palo Fire is an unmanned station? That means when a call comes in, our members respond from wherever they are—whether that’s at home, at work, or spending time with their families. When you see us heading to the station or directly to a call, it’s because we’ve dropped what we’re doing to help someone in need.
We also want to remind our community: you are NEVER bothering us by calling for help. Whether it’s a smoke detector going off, a carbon monoxide alarm, or something that just doesn’t seem right—please call. We are always happy to respond and make sure you and your loved ones are safe.
Important Reminder:
For any emergency, always call 911—not the fire station. Our station phones are not staffed, which means calls may go to voicemail and won’t be heard right away. Calling 911 ensures help is dispatched immediately.
Thank you for your continued support. We are proud to serve this community—day or night, no matter where we are.
