AVENUE OF FLAGS FUND RAISING EVENT 

For $35 per year, the Palo American Legion members will place a 3' X 5' American Flag in the front yard of your home or business on the following holidays:

Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Veterans Day.

Volunteers will deliver and place a flag in your yard before the holiday  and pick it up after. The Palo Legion Post will be responsible for any repairs  or replacement  if it were to be become soiled, damaged, or stolen. Anyone may sign up for this program at any time and the cost will be pro-rated by $7 per holiday.  Your donations will help provide support to Veterans, the community, and several American Legion youth programs such as the Oratorical Contest, Cub Scouts, and Boys State. We also provide flags at the Palo Cemetery, fire station, and old community center site.
